  Iowa Bicycling Coalition The Iowa Bicycle Coalition is a state-wide non profit promoting Iowa bicycling as safe and enjoyable recreation and transportation.  We work to teach bicycle safety practices, encourage safe routes to schools, and better transportation system development for bicycling.
