One meal, I could eat everyday is Pizza. I love cold pizza, I love 2 day old pizza and will eat almost any kind of pizza. The problem with pizza is 1.) it’s fattening 2.) the gas energy for delivery 3.) Ingredients are not really healthy 4.) You can’t really recycle the pizza boxes
But now there is Pizza Fusion, an organic pizza chain! To be able to eat pizza without guilt- and I can’t wait to taste it. Just writing this post got me hungry!

I think it is fantastic how we are using renewable energy and going green in so many ways. Food is a very important part to a greener healthier life. I think we also need to do things like reducing our energy usage, like installing geothermal heat pumps to replace high energy heating and cooling systems.
