I have tried and tried to report nightime illegal dumping of asphalt and debris into a creek in western KY. No agency will do anything! It is by a contractor at 3850 Magruder road next to a horse stable. The contractor is dumping asphalt and has stopped up a creek behind an elderly woman’s house—next to a woods. Please stop him and make him clean-up this horrible environmental rape.
I wish I could stop him, but I can’t, that is terrible. Best I could do is if you take pics of the contractor illegally dumping, I can post it on the site.
I have pictures of the dumping but don’t know how to post them. Can I email them to you? Or someone? I can’t believe no gov agency will do anything about asphalt dumped on a natural spring.
