Hello, I would just like to suggest that there should be a hotline for Maine to report people littering. Espesially when so often we hear about bottleing companies getting a bad wrap for there bottles. And Today driving to town what do we see someone from Mass with License plate 12H H57 throw a bottle out there car window like they had no care… I so wanted to report them. They may not recycle or care about our state nor have respect for our state. But atleast find a trashcan. Please inform me of somewhere to report these issues and if there isnt maybe there could be.
