It’s hard to go back to something after you have tasted the better version. Well, I experienced that this a couple weeks ago with the new Rayne Eco-Green Drinking Water System with LINX technology. The Rayne of San Diego has been servicing San Diego since 1955, but the newest addition to their water system is dedicated to being eco-friendly by saving water it takes to filter water.
This new Eco Green Drinking Water System only uses 1 1/2 gallons of water to make 1 good gallon of drinking water, whereas, a standard Reverse Osmosis System takes 8 gallons to make 1 gallon of drinkable water. The result: an overall of 90% less water is being used, compared to Reverse Osmosis. This device comes with controls so you to adjust according to taste: spring water, drinking water, or purified water flavors. It can be purchased for $800.
After tasting-the water produced from the Rayne Eco-Green drinking system tastes lighter compared to ordinary water that tastes heavier. Due to the difference in mineral water levels, water not filtered through this new device is more smoky looking. You don’t normally notice the difference unless you have something to compare it to. Well, I to tasted the difference and it was much better.
The important point of a Systems such as Raynes 1.) It uses less water, which we in California need desperately 2.) There is absolutely no need to buy bottled water, thus decreasing our addiction to oil, saving you money, less non-biodegradable plastic bottles in landfills and our oceans. It’s a win- win.
If you don’t believe me, you can rent the system for about $29.00 a month and make up your cost savings in reducing you dependence on bottled water.

using 11/2 gallons of water to produce 1 gallon of water is silly. Many systems do not waste any water at all. the new ro systems recirculate and don’t waste any waster at all. most counter top units do 90% of a Rayne or other RO and don’t waste
ANY water. This article is flimsy and out of date. jim ecowisellc
