If you think about it, the average soldier has at least 6 uniforms between field and dress and they are in the service for x amount of years, that is alot of uniforms going into landfills and trash after the service time is done. One of the best ways that you can re-use and recycle old uniforms is to make into a purse, a diaper bag and even an old quilt.
