  1. I have about 10,000 linear feet of yellow pine that was reclaimed from an old school house. It is trus 1″ x 4″ and is tongue and groove. Does anyone know the value of this wood?

  10. Hi there, not sure if this is how it works but I need 6, 1 x 6 @ 5′ or lengths that will get me there. Its for a gate to my outdoor patio. Anything reclaimed is ideal, from a green perspective…

  14. I have been to Thomas Porter’s Barn Wood for some reclaimed and weathered wood. What a great place to pick up salvaged wood and windows, etc. 7th Street and Buckeye.

    Does anyone know of any “junk yards” in the Phoenix Metro-area? I’m looking for some places to go “pick”. Not necessarily wood or building materials, and no auto parts, just old “junk”.

  19. I am seeking wood donations for cross makers ministry, this ministry makes crosses for church ministry to be walked on the streets of America spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. They also make writing pens out of wood in the shape of the cross to be handed out to the people that they minister to on the streets. Also thousands of these pens are shipped to our soldiers that are deployed to other countries and are in battle. Right now this is all out of pockets. Any kind of help would be deeply appreciated.   26. I am demo an old restaurant in tucson az and have 10,000 plus board feet of weathered wood that covers the entire inside of the building. I also have some huge beams and rustic looking wood.   34. All salvage from former Good Egg and former Sweet Tomatoes restaurants at Central and Camelback in Phoenix is for immediate sale.

    We must have everything removed by Jan. 31, 2015. Some of what we have: Oak paneling, 6 foot circular stained glass ceiling light dome (orignally made by Mercury Glass in Phx 20+ years ago for this location), Marble countertops and walls, a 30-plus-foot bar/solid oak, bannisters, booths (two-seater, four-seater, wrap around – all from both locations), tons of stainless, walk-in coolers, 2000+ pound capacity ice machine. industrial 2011 Hot Water boiler, exhaust and fire systems for both, bakery refrigerator/freezer display cases, etc., etc.

  38. I have antique Cypress tongue and grooved ceiling and wall paneling material. It’s 6″ x 3/4″ in random long lengths. This wood was reclaimed from a cotton mill in Arkansas that was built in 1909. This wood has great character including nail holes, checking, mineral streaks, saw marks and worm trails. These pieces all have great character at half the weight of oak, perfect for ceilings and wall. I have 3,800 sq. ft. of it. The material was for a home that we were unable to complete. Located in a warehouse in Phoenix, AZ. and photos are available upon request. Email slauchard@cox.net

  48. I am getting ready family and friends together to bull dozer down my grandparent’s property this Saturday in Central Arizona. There are many items around that I know repurpose redesign community would like. Old fencing, stuff in sheds, carport teardown of railroad ties (not sure how that is spelt). Even cement blocks. Trees gotta come down (dried out and fire hazard). I think we could sell by the truck load. Instead of individual pieces. I am not the final say on the items.
