This is a prime example of why roadside litter is bad and the importance of tying down loads in the back of truck. Keep watching, this could be you and your family.
Guess it is everyone’s responsibility to make sure that nothing stays on the road because of your carelessnes. The video is pretty strong, maybe it is a good thing that it is shared, the more people view it, the better.
A few years ago my wife and I were driving on I-94 in Michigan. I straddled a peice of firewood that was about 16″ long and 5″ square. It was laying cross ways in the middle of the right lane. A semi driver had been in back of me for quite a while. The driver of the semi knew exactly where his front wheels were within a half of an inch. He moved over to the left, aimed his right wheel to the left edge of that peice of wood, hit it and it shot right off the road into the grass. I was amazed. I wish now that it was on camera.
