Finally, we knew it was coming, after years of taking the challenges and information, our governor Schwarzenegger, is finally going to declare a drought which we know will mean water rationing. Don’t kid yourselves, it will happen! In previous blogs, i started reporting water abusers, but now I will start a new catergory with the pictures. You may think it’s a rare occurrence, but every time I walk, somebody is watering in the middle of the day.
When you look at these pictures, now you know why we will have water rationing. All of these pictures are taken in the middle of the day.
Here are the water abusers in Encinitas:
Taken on Cerro/Chapalita area, around 12:00 pm.
City Meter of some type, this is always wet
Willowsprings Road and Red Coach: approx. 12:30 pm
What I don’t understand, is why don’t these people check? They all receive a water bill, what steps are they taking?
